🧸 Emotions: Who is causing me stress? Do I need to create boundaries with people? If so, I do it with ease in a polite way and immediately feel calm and THIS balances my body and life for the better
🧸 Movement: All exercise that makes me sweat or out of breath is banned. Instead, I only do the gentle routine I have in my community. Because my cortisol is lowered and I feel happy, the food I eat processes well and I maintain or lose weight depending on what I ask my body to do
🧸 Subliminals — My emotions work for me, not me work for them. I trained them to be kind and gentle to me. To love my cells. To heal my body and mind. To create my dream life. This works
