🌞🍃 Day 4 of our “Relief Anxiety” Challenge 🍃🌞

Hey everyone! Welcome back to Day 4. Today, we’re keeping it super simple but super important: only letting in the good stuff, like happy and positive things we see or hear. Think of it as eating healthy, but for your brain.

Here’s how we’re gonna do it: 📱💖

1️⃣ Clean up your online space. First up, take a good look at what you’re checking out online — social media, news, videos, everything. If it’s not making you feel good or smile, maybe it’s time to stop following it or switch it off for a while. 🌼👀

2️⃣ Find the happy stuff. Now, go look for things that make you laugh or feel really good inside. Cute animal clips, funny memes, inspiring stories — whatever gives you those warm fuzzies. 🐶😄

3️⃣ See how you feel. Pay attention to how you’re feeling after watching or reading more of the happy stuff and less of the not-so-happy stuff. Feeling better? Lighter? That’s the goal. 🧘‍♀️💡

This little change — choosing to only take in positive vibes — can actually make a big difference in feeling less stressed and more chill. It’s like feeding your brain a bunch of happiness.

About Kelly Prehn

Kelly's journey began unexpectedly when a Models 1 agent spotted her in Covent Garden during a ballet rehearsal. Despite landing a six-figure Japanese contract immediately, upon arrival in Tokyo she was deemed 'overweight', fired and sent back to London.

Her breakthrough came when Mr. Shu of Shu Uemura recognized her potential, launching her acclaimed career as a beauty and fashion model across Asia—from Japan and Korea to China and Singapore.

A leading cultivator and producer of cultural collaboration and exchange between East and West, Kelly leveraged her industry expertise and transitioned from modeling to sharing beauty insights as a columnist, becoming a highly recognized advocate for niche traditional wellness modalities. She was the first to bring numerous transformative practices to a wider audience. Her influence grows rapidly: 1.4 million books in print, tens of millions of women reached through her teachings on social media, she currently impacts 11 million women monthly—and growing.
