🌞🍃 Day 3 of our “Relief Anxiety” Challenge 🍃🌞
Welcome back, everyone! We’re on Day 3 of our journey towards less stress and more peace. Today’s focus is something cozy and comforting: only eating hot food. The reasoning? When you eat food that’s already warm, your body doesn’t need to use extra energy to heat it up to body temperature, potentially reducing stress.
Here’s what we’re trying today: 🍲🔥
1️⃣ Embrace hot meals. Start by making more of your meals hot. Whether it’s soups, stews, teas, or even just warming up your fruit before eating, the aim is to give your body a little break. 🥣🍵
2️⃣ Notice how you feel. Keep an eye on any shifts in your mood or stress levels after eating warmer foods. Feeling more relaxed or less stressed might be a sign this is working for you. 🧐💭
3️⃣ Get creative with recipes. Use this as an excuse to try out new recipes or to warm up some of your old favorites. Cooking can also be a stress reliever, so you’re hitting two birds with one stone here. 👩🍳🔥
This small change in your diet might help ease your body’s workload and cut down on stress. It’s all about making life a little warmer, one meal at a time.
